VP, Alliance Development
As Vice President of Alliance Development, Mr. Meier is responsible for growing NetAmerica's 4G LTE wireless footprint by working with wireless license holders across the U.S. interested in joining NetAmerica and providing 4G service in rural America.
Mr. Meier has over 20 years of telecom sales and sales management experience. He has extensive knowledge of various telecom business models and the operational challenges facing today's service providers from network and operational infrastructure to managing trading partners, channels, customers and stakeholders.
Prior to joining NetAmerica, Mr. Meier served as Vice President of Business Development for Shango, where he was responsible for strategic planning and market development efforts to rollout Shango's cloud-based service orchestration software solutions designed to enable VoIP service providers. Prior to Shango, Mr. Meier led sales teams in software, engineering, consulting and managed IT services to communications service providers. His other previous sales roles include marketing interconnection trading partner gateway solutions and B/OSS solutions to RBOCs and CLECs at Wisor Telecom and Aptis/Billing Concepts. Mr. Meier played a key role in launching the first CLEC in Austin, Texas for Metro Access Networks/Brooks Fiber.
Mr. Meier holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas Tech.
